Abstract:
Leadership education and training is a leading, fundamental and strategic project for the construction of leadership team. Strengthening the study on the training demand of personnel management post in meteorological departments is of great significance to improve the level of organization and personnel work of meteorological department. This paper first introduces the meteorological training demand analysis model. Then, training demand analysis is carried out from five aspects including strategy and organization analysis, task analysis, personnel analysis, population statistical analysis, and regional difference analysis. Finally, the element system is established for the training demand of personnel management post in the meteorological departments. This paper provides related suggestions for the training.
