Abstract:
We present a brief overview of the detection principles and network distribution of domestic new ground-based remote sensing observation equipment such as millimeter-wave cloud radar, wind profiler, ground-based microwave radiometer, and laser aerosol radar. The domestic and international progress of new ground-based remote sensing data processing technology and research and development are also reviewed. In addition, the research and development progress and application of relevant data products of the National Meteorological Information Centre in recent years are summarized, followed by suggestions and future prospects. This paper offers in-depth analysis and discussion about the current status of research and development of new groundbased remote sensing data processing technology and products, which can be utilized as references for meteorological services at national and provincial levels to better apply new ground-based remote sensing observation data.
