Design of Real-Time Monitoring System of Integrated Meteorological Operation

  • Based on the status of current meteorological operation monitoring system, key problems and development needs for the system are analyzed in detail. In terms of advanced design concepts in other industries and the informatization and modernization demands for the national meteorological operation, a new design is put forward for real-time monitoring system for integrated meteorological operation. By reconstructing the operation and maintenance platform, the new system should utilize an open, ef ficient and scalable system architecture to standardize the access of monitoring information and realize the whole- flow, whole-element and whole-process monitoring in the integrated meteorological operations, including observation, information, forecasting, services and business management, etc.
