I nspiration of Employment Intentions of Atmospheric Sciences Graduates to Talent Recruitment in Meteorological Department

  • Graduates in atmospheric science are the main source for the national meteorological departments to supplement human resources and build meteorological talent echelons. However, with the development of meteorological industry and intensification of external competition, the pressure for meteorological departments to recruit graduates in atmospheric sciences continues to increase. To investigate the employment intention of graduates in atmospheric science is of great significance for the meteorological department to improve the efficiency and quality of recruitment.
